About Judy

Judy, a broker with 30 years of real estate experience, founded J.Hampe Associates in 1989. In the fall of 2003 she affiliated with Coldwell Banker. A proud NH native, born in Porstmouth NH,   she is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Judy holds the GRI real estate designation and has won many awards from Coldwell Banker for individual production and office distinctions.    She has served on the NH commisison for the Status of Women and the town of Hopkinton Economic Development Committee.

Judy has vast experience in residential sales including representation of several developments of single family homes and condominiums.   She represented the buyer of the Centennal Home for the aged and was instrumental in the conversion of that facility to "The Centennial Inn" in Concord.

She has resided in Hopkinton NH with her husband Richard Hampe for 44 years.   She has two grown children, Rachel Hampe, a litigation attorney at the McLane firm in Manchester  NH , and  Carl Hampe, a movie producer in West Hollywood ,California. Carl is married to Anna Mattos and they have a son Oliver.    Judy and Richard enjoy living in an antique colonial farmhouse in Hopkinton and also enjoy summers with thier familyl and friends at their camp on Bear Island on Lake WInnipesaukee.
